Connie Breaux

Reverand Connie Breaux is a native of New Orleans Louisiana and a retired ordained Deacon of the United Methodist Church in the Louisiana Conference. She is the former director of spiritual life at Grambling State University, SUNO, Delgado and University of New Orleans. Connie has served the United Methodist Women’s units and circles for over 20 years. She has also served as a musician for the LA Conference School of Missions (currently known as Mission u) and is currently serving as the music director for the New Orleans United Methodist Women.
Rev. Breaux organized the Rebecca circle at Grambling State University, one of the first collegiate units of the Louisiana Conference United Methodist Women. Rev. Breaux served as mentor in the former Limitless Program of the UMW in 2011-12.
Rev. Connie has an active music life and serves as a minister of music and worship leader in various churches and denominations as well as the United Methodist Church. She is certified to teach piano and vocal performance to the visually impaired. Rev. Breaux loves teaching, empowering and serving others through her gift of music.
